showing this is effective.
Many people use cannabis to manage mental health conditions, but
large reviews of existing studies find little to no solid
evidence that it effectively treats issues like anxiety,
depression, or PTSD. It also highlights a gap between widespread
real-world use and the lack of rigorous scientific research, with
some evidence suggesting cannabis could even worsen certain
mental health symptoms.
