ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan
As required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Grass Valley has conducted a selfâevaluation of its facilities within public rights of way and has developed a Transition Plan detailing how the organization will ensure that all of those facilities are accessible to all individuals.
