Profession Consulting Services for Future Paths Grass Valley: Active Transportation Community Engagement, and Implementation Readiness Planning Services

The City of Grass Valley is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary consultant to support the Future Paths Grass Valley: Everyday Mobility Connecting People and Places Project, funded through a CARB Community Planning and Capacity Building Grant. The consultant will lead active transportation planning, community and Tribal engagement, technical analysis, conceptual design, and implementation planning to develop a community-supported network of trails, sidewalks, bicycle facilities, and shared-use pathways. The final effort will identify and prioritize feasible projects, develop planning-level concepts and cost estimates, and position the City to pursue future State and Federal funding for implementation.
